Dollhouse miniature Tiffany, stained glass lamp in 1/12th scale.
This is a custom order for the hexagonal lamp shown in the photos above. The current offerings are examples of how your lamp can be painted. I try to show lit and unlit versions of the lamp so you have a fairly good idea of how it will look.
Whilst placing a custom order, all you need to do, is send me a message indicating your custom colors OR you can pick something from the photos added to the listing. I will continue to add new photos as I make new color variations.
It will take me about a week to finish your commission. A photo will be sent for your approval prior to shipping.
These lamps are faithful reproductions of their real world counterparts. The lamp is true to scale and created with extreme attention to detail. The base and shade has been designed by me digitally and 3D printed in clear resin. After the print is cleaned, the lamp is carefully hand painted using glass paint and metallic waxes.
The lamp comes with 2 wiring options:
------------------------------------------------ 1. If you opt for the bulb only version, the plug will not be included making it easy for you to adapt it to your current tape or hard wire 12V wiring system.
2. If you are unsure about the lighting system you have, you can opt for the non-wired lamp and always wire it yourself later.
The wired versions are 12V compatible. Though the bulb is rated at a 5000 hour burn time, once it goes out, you can easily swap it for a new (GOR) light bulb from Cir-Kit. The concealed channel through the lamp base makes it very easy for you to do this.
------------ The lamp is a wee bit under 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Shade diameter is 1 1/4 inch (3 cm), Shade thickness is 0.7 mm (less than 1/32 of an inch)
Every lamp is initialed by me on the underside of the base.
The lamp will ship to you for FREE using standard international shipping and should reach you within two to three weeks.
I have been an artist for over 20 years, working on different aspects of dollhouse miniatures and fantasy sculptures. My work has appeared in the International Doll Collectors Magazine in Oct/Nov 2006 and the "A for Artistic" Winter 2021 edition. I live in a tropical paradise called Trivandrum, which is in South India with my husband, daughter and fluffy little Shih Tzu called Sparky who has us all wrapped around his little paw.
This is an artisan crafted collectable for your dollhouse and not a toy meant for children.
